The Supply Chain and Operations Management with AI and Analytics program curriculum provides a comprehensive understanding of modern supply chain and operations management by combining foundational concepts with advanced AI and analytics applications. Participants learn operations strategy, supply chain design, inventory and demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution, while developing skills in supply chain analytics, Power BI dashboards, forecasting, and AI-driven decision-making. The curriculum also explores emerging technologies such as Generative AI, IoT, blockchain, Industry 4.0, and digital supply chains, alongside e-commerce strategy, financial management, sustainability, and digital leadership. The learning experience culminates in a capstone project that enables participants to apply these concepts to solve real-world supply chain and operational challenges.
The entire program is in a asynchronous format for delivery. The sessions of this program will be recorded with few live sessions by the AIM Faculty.

The duration of the program is 19 weeks with weekly efforts of 4-6 hours/week, combining live sessions by the AIM faculty and 1-day of immersion and networking event at the Asian Intitute of Management campus.
