Program Overview

Offered by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in collaboration with Emeritus, the Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management program will provide participants with essential management skills through real-world case studies, application-based examples, and a capstone project, ensuring that they are well-prepared to excel in a dynamic and competitive job market. This 24-week live online program, will help participants identify and mitigate risks, manage resources effectively, and ensure stakeholders are well-informed and involved throughout multiple projects.

PMP Certification Training (Optional)

This module is specially designed to deliver 35 hours of PMP Certification Training to help participants build confidence for the PMP Certification Exam and also to succeed as Project Manager post.

The training will be conducted as per the latest PMI guidelines. It will cover the three new performance domains – People, Process & Business Environment and Predictive, Agile & Hybrid Lifecycles. The learning topics in this training come directly from the PMP exam content outline (ECO). It gives you required 35 contact hours (35 PDUs) as prescribed and authorised by PMI.

The focus of the PMP Certification training module is to impart in-depth knowledge on project management and get the required 35 PDUs from PMI.

Eligibility: Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a university recognized by AIM, where the language of instruction was predominantly English.
