The Information Technology Management with AI program is a 21-week online program from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), with live sessions from AIM faculty and industry experts, built for the move from technical execution to strategic IT leadership. Participants work across IT strategy, cloud, cybersecurity, data management and AI-enabled operations, and build an end-to-end IT strategy or digital transformation road map for a real organizational challenge.
The curriculum spans 20 modules across six pillars: the IT leader's mindset and business fundamentals; IT strategy, digital transformation and enterprise architecture; cloud strategy, platform architecture, cybersecurity leadership and data management; AI for IT leaders, including generative AI, agentic AI, workflow automation, DevOps and AIOps; IT project, service, vendor, risk, governance and financial management; and scaling technology organizations. The program closes with a capstone in which participants build an IT strategy or transformation road map for a real organizational challenge.
The program fee is US$1,800, with applicable taxes charged at checkout. AIM alumni receive a 20 percent waiver on the program fee. For the fee applicable to the current cohort, refer to the program brochure or speak with a program advisor.
Yes, flexible payment options are available to help participants spread the program fee. Fill out the form on this page and a program advisor will share the payment plans open for the current cohort.
Participants build IT road maps, digital transformation strategies and enterprise architecture plans; evaluate where AI, generative AI, agentic AI and automation belong in IT operations; apply cloud adoption, cybersecurity governance and data management practices that build resilient IT environments; optimize service delivery through IT service management, project management, governance and vendor management; and lead technology investments and organizational change. Participants also gain hands-on exposure to cloud platforms, BI and analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau, GenAI copilots and automation platforms.
The program runs for 21 weeks and requires 5 to 7 hours of effort per week. It is delivered online with live sessions from AIM faculty and industry experts, and includes a one-day campus experience at AIM with a graduation ceremony and peer networking.
The program is designed for technology professionals moving from IT operations into enterprise technology leadership. This includes mid-career technology professionals, IT managers and infrastructure leads running IT operations, infrastructure or enterprise systems, as well as aspiring IT leaders and digital transformation managers targeting roles such as Technology Lead, Enterprise Systems Manager and Head of IT.
Yes. The AI for IT Management pillar covers generative AI tools, prompt engineering, agentic AI systems, AI workflows and automation, alongside RPA, AIOps, DevOps and CI/CD, set within a broader 21-week curriculum in IT strategy, cloud, cybersecurity and data. Participants learn to decide where these technologies belong in enterprise IT and how to govern them.

The certificate can be added to a resume or LinkedIn profile. Completion also counts toward AIM alumni status and its associated benefits.
