Program Overview

The Philippine digital economy is accelerating, with AI poised to become a cornerstone of innovation and competitiveness. Yet, despite widespread computer and internet access among firms (90.8% and 81% respectively), only 14.9% of Philippine establishments currently use AI, according to the Philippine Institute for Development Studies(PIDS). This gap highlights an urgent need for leaders who can move beyond awareness to real strategic alignment—bridging technology adoption with business impact.

The Executive Certificate in Leadership with AI, offered in partnership with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), addresses this critical leadership void. Designed for mid- to senior-level professionals, the program blends practical understanding of generative AI, NLP, and deep learning with strategic tools for agile execution and responsible governance. Through case studies, capstone projects, and live sessions with experts, participants learn to design and lead AI-driven initiatives, foster human–AI collaboration, and drive sustainable, ethical transformation across their organizations.
